General Guidance to Parents
- Foster a Consistent Attendance Habit:
Encourage your child’s unwavering attendance, as this lays the foundation for a robust and productive learning routine.
- Prioritize Health and Well-being:
Kindly inform the school promptly if your child has been exposed to any communicable or infectious ailment. This ensures the well-being of all students. - Maintain Open Communication:
Should your child be absent for any reason, we kindly request parents to notify the school at the earliest convenience.
- Engage in Productive Conferences:
Parent-Teacher Conferences occur three times a year. These invaluable sessions provide an opportunity to collaboratively discuss your child’s progress and chart a course towards their success.
- Participate Actively in School Affairs:
Your active participation in scheduled conferences and prompt responses to parental notifications and notices are greatly appreciated.
- Scheduled Interaction with Teachers:
To maintain a focused learning environment, we ask parents to arrange meetings with subject teachers on our designated Subject Matter Mastery (SMM) days. This ensures uninterrupted learning for all students.
- Collaborative Efforts for Progress:
We sincerely request parents’ cooperation in cultivating their children’s progress through attentiveness to regularity, punctuality, and discipline, as well as active involvement in their academic endeavors.
- Stay Informed and Involved:
Please review your child’s diary daily for assigned homework and any special instructions. Additionally, we recommend checking your child’s bag daily for any notices or circulars that may have been issued. - Maintain Updated Contact Information:
Kindly inform the school promptly of any changes in your address or telephone number. - Procedures for Half-Day Leave:
If your child requires half-day leave, parents are kindly requested to collect their child after completing the necessary form at the school reception (Half-day dismissal will be between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM). For safety reasons, only parents may pick up the student. - Birthday Celebrations:
To uphold the health and safety of all students, we kindly request that parents refrain from sending cakes to school for birthday celebrations.
General Guidance for Students:-
- Keep Spare Clothes Handy:
Please provide two sets of spare clothes, along with two sets of innerwear, neatly labeled in a bag. Don’t forget to include a handkerchief inside their bag.
- Neat and Trimmed Nails:
For hygiene and safety reasons, please ensure your child’s nails are neatly trimmed. We kindly request parents to pay special attention to this.
- Wear Your ID Card Proudly:
Each day, remember to wear your ID card with a smile! It helps us identify and take care of each little star.
- Stay Home When Unwell:
If your child is feeling unwell, it’s best to keep them at home to prevent the spread of any infections to their friends.
- First Aid and Your Safety:
Rest assured, the school is equipped to provide immediate first aid in case of any little mishaps. We’ll keep you informed, and kindly request parents to cover any related medical expenses.
- Celebrations and Treats:
On special days like birthdays, while we appreciate your thoughtfulness, we kindly request parents not to distribute sweets, chocolates, or cakes in school. Gifts are, of course, most welcome!
- Communication is Key:
If your child cannot attend school for any reason, please keep us informed. Your updates help us ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.
- Organized Books for Learning Adventures:
Remember to bring the books listed in your timetable, all neatly covered and labeled. This way, we’re ready for all our learning adventures!
- The Important School Diary:
Every pupil must have their school diary with them daily. Please don’t tear any pages from it, as it’s a special tool for learning and communication.
- Planned Absences Require Notice:
If your child needs to be absent for any planned reason, please send us a written request in advance, explaining the specific reason. This helps us keep everything in order!
